What is her next book, if you know?

The information on her website ( indicates that she is working on another book, but it doesn’t give a title. Her blog also says the she is going to be a Writer-in-Residence at the Vermont College of Fine Arts in Montpelier in January. Kate Davie

I’m really surprised that I didn’t like this much, because I absolutely LOVED Rebecca Stead’s other book, “When You Reach Me.” I don’t know why. :)

Maybe you will like her next book even better than WYRM! Kate Davie

Meditative means in that way like, slower paced, less happening at once, maybe more to think about. I thought it was dull because nothing much happened and i HATED THE ENDING! Stupid Safer.
    (Sorry if that sounds rude.)

demigod what made this book dull.
    and what does meditative meen

Well, in this case meditative means that it is more about what people are thinking and feeling than what they are doing. Both kinds of books are good, but might attract different people. Kate Davie

I didnt like this book because it was rather dull.

Well, some people prefer a more meditative read, but fortunately for you there are lots of more adventuresome books on the list. — Kate Davie
