I like the book because it is a mystery and it is very suspenceful. my favorite cahrter is Jessie because she acts like a larer. At the end Evan gose over to Scotts house to play the new Xbox 20/20. When Jessie writest the not To Evan that says “Scott Spencer got a new Xbox 20/20 where do you think he got that money from”?That is my favorite part. It was very cool that Megan and Jessie set the court room on the play ground after school.

The Lemonade Crime I liked because it was interesting. I liked it because it was kind of like a mystery,. and I liked how it started and the homemade courtroom and everything.I also think that that kid with the xbox 2020 was very honest at the end. In my opinion I think that the book was really good.I also thought that at the end the basketball was mean but interesting.I really liked the lemonade crime.

The lemonade crime is a great book about a kid that gets his money stolen by a complete jerk
named Scot spencer on his Birthday . and then his sister comes up with a crazy idea. But i’m
not telling you what it is. read the book to find out.

The Lemonade Crime really got me to think about people like Scott, a character in the book who is on-off friends with Evan (one of the main characters) and is always getting away with every thing and not getting punished! Evan says Scott stole money from him and Jessie, his little sister takes him to court, but you’ll be surprised by her meaning and way off “taking him to court!”

I read the Lemonade Crime and it was good but i’m in fourth grade and it was kinda easy. If you like action and battles this is not for you. However, if you like a nice plot than this might be for you.In the story a a character named,Evan, thinks that a different kid stole his money and bought the newest, coolest most amazing game console EVER!!!!

  •    cowcow42  |  January 9th, 2013 at 10:38 am

  •    zombie123  |  December 16th, 2012 at 4:09 pm

I give the Lemonade Crime one thumb up, because it was good but not great. If there was more action in the book i would give it two thumbs up.

It’s true, most of the action in this book is brain action. if you want read about life threatening situations you might find Storm Runners, Titanic Sinks! or The Silver Bowl more to your taste. — Kate Davie

I heard that people like the book but I might not or I will

The Lemonade Crime is a great book. In the book someone is taking stuff from Evan. To find out who is stealing everyone’s stuff they have a trial. This seemed like a good idea to solve the crime.

The way you say, “This seemed like a good idea . . .” seems sort of portentous! Do you think it wasn’t a good idea? Do you think there was a better way? — Kate Davie
